1. 在那个5min screen出来的时候，让我review chart，这个时候可以删掉一些order
，比如病人稳定了，不需要npo了。我的问题是，我如果这时候在review chart里面删
掉npo，那这个order还算数吗？我的意思是给分的时候，会不会因为我把这个order删
掉了，软件就认为我在5 min screen之前没有下这个order？
2. 我发现在5 min screen的时候我不能translocate病人了。这个很诡异，一开始病人
在ER，我把他稳定一下了，然后观察了一个小时，就直接跳到5 min screen了。有什么
办法确保在5 min screen之前我能把病人转到ward里啊？（我总不能把order下完了，
都不观察一下病人就转吧）
3. 考过ccs的同学给说说，你们实际考试的时候的答案，和UW的处理的方式区别大嘛？
UW里面太多细节了，实在不好记啊。

my q: did you cancel orders in last 5 minutes if patients were getting
better, eg. to discontinue iv fluids? if cancel orders, will it be
considered as not ordering it before?
her reply: honestly, i rarely felt the need to cancel orders, as I thought
tht the patient may need another day of hospitalisation.
i think i cancelled orders only in 2-3 cases if getting better
one thing- if ur adding counselling part in ur final orders and the pt is
getin scheduled for some surgery, make sure u post date this counsel order
and put it as routine.
also remember that in the main exam, ur last 5 mins composes of not only
your editing order but also writing your diagnosis. make sure you have a
good 90-120 secs to think and write your diagnosis peacefully... this is
unlike UW, where even if u use up 5 mins to edit your final orders it will
still pop up the screen of diagnosis.
my q: regarding the complexity of real ccs cases, was it at similar level to
uw cases or more complicated? i heard uw cases are more simple and straight
forward.
her reply: i thought the main exam was simpler :) i think my marks will show
that in 2 days :D
Her score will come out on this wednesday.

notes和mtb. 4月前考吧。好像时间很紧。
uw 要做至少2遍， 你一定来得及的。 不知到你的ccs准备得这么样？ 好像也要花不少
时间

performance in ccs did help to booster the score.

我有个问题：练UW的时候，发现case大都很典型，所以上来第一个order就order了有些
应该后order的东西。比如应该先order诊断和鉴别诊断的东西，确诊了后如果要手术再
order PT/PTT,NPO之类的。我呢往往是上来一看是外科的case就一下全order了，最后
病情也好转了，自己还挺满意的，可回头一看解释，order的顺序不对，这个关系大吗？
还有就是好多应该先收住院再workup的东西我老是在ER或office整完了才admit，可能
因为原来在国内实际工作时就是这样的。不知道这些算不算大问题? |

吗？
pre-op orders还是要在术前order,因为你要用最短的时间诊断出来并处理，这个是打
分的。
先整完再admit是对的。如果一个ER visit 你先 admit再处理就耽误时间了。也许
simulate time没有变，但还是应该先处理的。

另外， 现在ER or office 下医嘱肯定应该没问题。
我觉得最后五分钟，如果病人稳定了， 改dc的还是应该dc
吗？

immediatly follow exam.

for ccs, yes to some degree sequencing matters... i think it affects scoring
, as i had paid some extra attention towards sequencing and i hav got very
higher performance in it :)
