sounds a truth.
by the way, i've experienced the same conversation in the past. it is good
to know i am not alone.

发帖数: 656 | 11 you should list a statistician in a grant, just to make the grant look more
"scientifically sound"
you should include a statistician in a paper, for due respect to his/her
inputs and efforts to the manuscript.

发帖数: 2180 | 12 If you can't understand the importance of statistics and don't respect the
statistician, you won't be a good researcher.
You have to seek statistician's help from the beginning, not until the due
date for your grant. By that time, there's not much for stats to do other
than an 'autopsy' of your proposal. |
