PD还没看，就被下面医生或者其他人给筛掉了。那会不会太迟了。我看又有材料说，PD
会在11月份开始看申请材料，因为那个时候美国学生才拿到MSPE。
各种说法都有，我都糊涂了，也不知道该怎么回答我的attending,又不好意思让人家隔
