interns都顺利！
1. 准备一张小卡（参考附件，柳大夫/DrLiuDier的帖子一定要读），把resident，
attending的pager#什么的写上，什么病人几点钟查什么东西，一目了然。
2. 最好把所有residents & interns的pager#和手机号都拿到。我们这里NF signout后
，page其他的intern，都会转到NF intern，就是你的pager上来。只有手机才能找到白
天管病人的intern。我还没有发现晚上被麻烦的interns不乐意的。不少interns
signout时还表示感谢。
3. 一定要即时turn out the “Code Bule” pager. 你的pager的tone最好和“Code
Blue” pager的tone不一样。前天最stressful，signout了10个interns。整晚被page
了四五十次吧。凌晨4点还把一个Nephronologist 给弄醒了。早上signout时太累了，

How do you manage to sleep during the daytime. I know I am tired, but I

发帖数: 237 | 4 有3个星期了.NF才一个星期.NF从来没躺/睡过.我早上7点off以后随便吃点东西,然后能
一直睡到12点.吃午餐,看看东西,总结总结,然后强迫自己从3点躺到6点(半梦半醒).我
对sleepless也没有好的办法,试一下ambien 1.25mg if no more breast feeding? 我
中午时跑2个miles,然后睡,或许有帮助.今天take off,下午带两娃到湖边,到
playground玩了两回.放松放松.上午跟LD去farmer market,提大小袋子,结果10分钟内
碰到PD一家,chief一家,还有两娃的pediatrician伉俪!

发帖数: 76 | 5 Thx. Very userful info. I am NF for my first month as well :-( One trick I
learned from my senior is to put a check box in front of the pt's name and
write down briefly what should be done. When it is done, mark it.
Another thing, which is also very important, is always know what should be
done first. My page never stops for the first 6 hrs and I have to know which
is more urgent and need to done in a timely manner.

发帖数: 37 | 6 Night float intern只要学会了做事organized,就会觉得挺轻松。
有几个小意见分享
1.不确定的事就要报告night float resident。不然到时候出事他一句intern没报告我
,i was not aware就被撇的一乾二净，戒之戒之
2.day team signout是个很好的学习机会，每个病人交班的时候，要follow up什么东
西，一定要问原因!再来要问结果要怎么处理，比如说
(a)followup K, why? K 5 what to do? K 3 what to do?,
(b)Followup CBC, Hb7/8/9/10, what to do? why?
(c)if fever culture, how high is the temp u want,when were the last cultures
done.What antibiotics to change to, or just observe waiting for dayteam?
3.day team signout patients要注意配套，免得白天的 |
