due to your accent? How you guys handle this issue?
While you are talking to someone, if she/he cannot get it, they will give
you feedback immediately. But the dication???
Any tips are more than welcome! |

2. when you first start and not used to this system, try to write down the
most stuff before you dictate, so you can talk fluently while you read it.
3. when you have problem pronouncing some words, just spell it out,
especially for medications and disease names.
4.at the begining of your intern year, try to avoid using those big words or
complicated sentences. the goal of your dictation is not to look like a
literature, but to document eve |

1.Talk not only slowly, but loudly and clearly; speak in this way not only
when dictating, but also in every working situation, including presenting a

2.What I do is to print out all my H/P and progress notes, and use my last

- most stuff 没错啊?就好比说“most people”
- “have problem”是口语常用词组, 如“Do you have problem in ...?”
- “spell it out”,也是口语,譬如“check it out”, “find it out”,好像没听
- Maybe, I don't know

it's a good thing that you pay attention to details and bring this up for
discussion, it's one of the good qualities as a physician.
but please don't attack each other in the forum, especially using my case to

Dr. Xiaoxiao,

错啊,只有一个地方,就是not used to this system前面没有are”,的确是个问题,
但是问题在于are used to 如果省略掉are ,变成used to,恰巧有了另外的含义,这

定用法,说起来很顺嘴,不一定是指代前面的名词,当然也无所谓单复数了;
另外,虽然to document every aspect of your work 比to document every point of
learning point, directly go to the point, did you get my point?
