比如王医生，不能再试一次吗？我知道有个resident，因为做research的缘故，有了进
展，又不甘心中途放弃，program又要求必须回clinical，就quit了，然后打算一两年
之后reapply，也有可能回原来的医院。 | j******g
发帖数: 171 | 2 Yes. You could, but there are two hurdles:
1. You always need a mandatory LOR from your prior residency program
director. She or he will have a dilemma, in which a good letter may
contradict the kicked out resident's behavior and his/her integrity. Her or
his bad LOR of course will kill the application.
2. You, as the resident, have to make a well justified reason to convince
prospective PD that you leave not because of performance/personality/
teamwork issues. Specialty change is the best in my |
