1）据说现在有一、两个月的GAP，移民局的大政策是transfer都会批，不过估计就是要
出境签证再回来。
2）另外就是找学校转F1，这样没有GAP，而且不用出境。但是再找到工作就要重新申请
H-1b，虽然不占名额，但是也不是transfer了。
跟猎头们都聊了一下，他们对这些事情也都不是很清楚，只是听说transfer还想想，但
是F1 reapply就不太高兴理你了。问过律师，transfer和reapply在cost上面没啥区别
，但是在手续上有没有区别我就不清楚了，有没有人知道呢？
现在的情况是11月对找工作很重要，过了这个月，基本机会就很少了，所以现在转F1有
点怕丢掉一些机会。但是又怕这个月没找到，学校那边又晚了，结果还要搞出GAP。
另外，我看到有人一直说有些staffing company可以做contract挂靠H-1b，请问都去哪
里找这些公司啊? |

In our school, the summer intern requires 3 credits from the school for CPT
so many students choose to use OPT for the summer intern. I think LZ can
think about this case. Find a job as summer intern and retake the course in
fall/win or whatever. Then graduate and reapply OPT (I am not sure if you
need to reapply OPT.) |

a sure thing,

Apparently there is a big difference between Sunscreen and Sunblock. The
main difference is: sunscreen only protects against UVA and UVB, it does not
however, block out all the damaging effects of the sun and it needs to be
reapplied every two or three hours. Where sunblock, keeps out almost all of
the sun’s harmful UVA and UVB rays, and it does not need to be reapplied
as often. It also prevents you from getting darker, as in my sons case.

已经延过一次，按照ECFMG的说法不能再延。

ECFMG所说的reapply是什么意思？所有的材料都要重新递交？学校还要重新签字？

发帖数: 130 | 19 CCS我一开始三个cases简直做呆了，两个很偏的，一个查了一堆东西都是阴性的然后病
人一直不好的，虽然最后终于找到诊断了，但是给了治疗以后病人还是一直不好。但是
后面10个cases还是比较简单。。所以感觉难易分布大概就是三分之一比较偏，剩余比
较容易，策略就是要把容易的都拿下，难的能拿多少拿多少。时间上短case时间很紧，
因为整个过程还是要都做下来，有时候短case并没有说是多简单的case。长case就比较
游刃有余，可以充分根据时间体检啊，根据鉴别诊断下test order啊，可以把case做的
很漂亮，而短case只能简单直接，抓最重要不得不做的做。我有至少一半的case都是提
前结束的，有人说提前结束说明你成功了。我的体会是不一定。如果提前结束前病人好
转了，那说明你已经做到系统要你做到的绝大部分内容了，那多半是成功了。要是提前
结束是病人还没好转，但是你order了一些会导致结果泄露的步骤，比如你请了consult
，而consult直接建议surgery（这点和UW不一样，UW consult基本就是摆设从来没有任
何建议，但是真实考试中consult居然有建议我也是... 阅读全帖 |

Hello xx, As far as I know you cannot resume your degree since you status
was discontinued. If either you withdraw or are terminated, you must begin
your degree from the beginning except under extraordinary circumstances. You
have been out too long to qualify for any exceptions. You would have to
reapply to the program to enroll.

于是在12月初我们一起去了MVD field office申请，那个前台的老婆婆啊，看了一下我
们的驾照说
不承认中国驾照，我们必须参加考试，或者就是找人翻译以及公证中国驾照。我们当时
想，刚来这
里人生地不熟的，去哪里找翻译和公证？就参加考试吧。那个老婆婆看了我们其他的材
料，比如护
照，还有我们来美国之前花了几百大洋专门去北京海诚公证处做的出生公证（后来证明
那只是一堆
废纸！），以及其他proofs of residency，很爽快地说“OK，你的材料都没问题，只
要你能完成考
试，我立刻给你驾照”。还特热心地跟我们说路考可以去express考，这样今天就能拿
到成绩，我们
就能拿到驾照了。一切看似如此顺利，我们于是匆匆完成了笔考路考，去express考试
，还花了我们
一百多刀。结果当天下午我们拿着考试结果返回那个office的时候，那个老婆婆立刻变

TMD，美国给我们这些H1B的visa只有3个月two entry，比我们以前F1的6个月two entry
还要克扣。
本人情况：2000年来美时被check过，美国MS毕业，F1－>H1B 2003年。最近往国内跑得
有点多：
2005年8月（H1B visa），2005年11月 (2nd entry)，2006年3月（reapply visa)。 |

announced by the department. I also know another case: another Iranian
