May I ask a question? I know a few doctors who could let me to shadow them.
But they are all making excuses that their hospitals have to give
permissions, etc. Who shall I contact to do the proper paper work to shadow
a doctor?
I know a couple of friends here did the observership. What kinds of paper
work did you need?

Different hospitals have different policies. You need to get contact with
the administrative staff of the department in which you will do observeships.
