Listen to public radio station while driving. Chat with your colleagues at
work. Think in English, do not translate. Write in English. Find a job in a
hospital setting.Pay attention to how other people express their thoughts.
Do everything you can in your daily life to improve your spoken English.
I took a class taught by a speech therapy PhD student many years ago. She
was wonderful. I learned how to pronounce "girl", "world", and "pool" in
American Way.
It is fun to be bilingual.

if you are in school, you could ask international office if they have speech
class or you could just post Ad to pay for someone who could correct your
pronunciation.

However, I just concern if beginner do have to start with something easier.
VOA SE is slow in speed and full of knowledge to learn.
Hope it makes sense, heh:)
