1.发现有些private institution 的待遇真是好，刚毕业的Neurology attending/
asssitant professor竟然能拿到300k，不过这种地方全国也没几家，两只手都能数出来
2.有的药厂还会资助住院医的fellowship,当然是系里面申请，但是有的时候ACGME批了
名额，但是系里面没钱，这个时候谁能找来钱，谁就进了fellowship
3.开会是个住院医之间social的好机会，找工作啦，找fellowship啦，大家八卦都很多
。千万不能只闷在医院里面写H&P
4.southwest不固定座位，本来自己想提前check-in的，结果开会的时候发现会务组都
替我们check-in了，boarding pass 就摆在我的座位上。想想现在住的ritz-charlton
五星级的服务，再想想我当年面试的时候花两个礼拜的时间在priceline上拍旅馆，真
是感慨万千 |
