1. No one can tell. Base on your weakness and strong points.
2.I think it is hard during residency, not because you are not quanlify to
apply GC. Because you are in EB2, OR 3 , but not in 1.
For mainland China, now the waiting time for both 2 and 3 is 41/2 years.
Maybe still longer in the future, what means you can't get GC when you
finnish resident. But some niuren can get H1B for their practice after
residency. There is rule , if you serve in underserved area, you can apply
