H1B process at the meantime. I have 2 friends who did this before. They all
got OPT from biomedical sciences. I don't think USCIS really track down
issues like this. However, you need to make sure your graduation date fits
the residency start time.
B. H1B cap only applies to for-profit organizations. Since University
Hospitals are not for-profit organizations, they are exempted from the quota

发帖数: 611 | 4 Yes, you can do this, but if you have taken step3, just pay $1000 to get H1b
premium processing. It will be approved in 2 wks.

发帖数: 611 | 5 OPT is for people who by no means can take step3 before residency. Get H1b
before residency if you can,otherwise you will be kicked out if you are not
able to get it in time later. |

Pathologist,然后让你导师签字说和你学位有关，USCIS那群人才没有时间去想这件事
情。 |
