"- At any time, you may change your LoR and personal statement assignments.
- You may de-assign a personal statement from a program and assign a new
personal statement.
- You may de-assign LoRs from a program and assign new ones, when necessary.
- Changes to document assignments for programs that have been previously
applied to are submitted immediately.
Note: If a program has already downloaded a document that you de-assign,
they may have already printed a hard cop |

The problem is I assigned the old version initially, then replaced the old
version with the newer version. But both of them are presented in the
postoffice for the program to download. As below:
Personal Statement 2 09-01-2009 10:58 am Available, but not yet retrieved
Personal Statement 3 09-01-2009 02:41 pm Available, but not yet retrieved
As said, some programs do downloaded both versions.
Any idea to delete the old one would be appreciated. If not possible,

发帖数: 1334 | 4 Just tried myself, only one checkbox can be selected for PS. Then the old
one shouldn't be listed anymore. This looks like a bug to me, because it's inconsistent with the instruction.
You should contact ERAS and let them know the problem. |

programs can't download it anymore. It's interesting to see the outcome. |

A good design should allow any documents be modified/replaced before the
program downloading them.

by the new one and the old one will disappear. If it has been downloaded,
the old one will stay along with the new one.

"When a document is assigned to a program to which you have already applied,
you can no longer make changes to that specific document. The concept is
the same as placing the document in the mailbox and mailing it, you would
not be able to get it back. If you wish to assign another document in its
place, then the program will download both documents. However, the new
document will overwrite the old document. Depending on the length of time
between the de-assigning of the old docum |

the new one won't replace the old one, and the old one is displayed as "
inactive" in PDWS system. |
