1) If you contact ECFMG someone there may tell you that it's OK to put an
observership under “work experience”.
2) Does “work experience” look better than “volunteer experience”? Not
so for this case. PDs review hundreds applications each year and they all
know what an observership is. Changing category doesn't change the nature of
an observership.
3) How about PD's reaction on this? I only had chances to talk with three
PDs about this so the sample size is too small. |

one).
If the contents are somehow different, you may list them as two entries.
