I would like to ask about the possible fellowship after Family medicine. Is
it true that people graduated from FM can do pretty much the same fellowship
as Internal Med? But a lot more difficult of course. I am pretty interested
in the hemo/oncology. Thanks for all imput.

Not the same as internal medicine. Some of the FM fellowships are:
Obstetrics
Sports Medicine
Geriatrics
preventive medicine
substance abuse
palliative care
occupational/environment medicine
community medicine
family systems medicine
public health
osteopathic manipulative medicine
health psychology
family planning and reproductive health
emergency medicine
family medicine hospitalist
