sending it back to your medical school.
"dean" means the designated person in your med school, not necessary the cha
ncellar of your med school (actually usually not).
after they receive your form 186, my understanding is that, in the old time,
they then send the 327A form to your med school. but i am not sure how exac
tly it is now, because they sent out my form 327A before receving my form 18
