diagnoses such as connective tissue disease instead of Goodpaster disease,
osmotic diarrhea instead of laxative use, secretive diarrhea instead of
bacterial toxin induced diarrhea. Please give some advices on which one

very good capability to give out right, specific DD. So don't worry, I think
as long as you are close, you will be fine. | d**********e
发帖数: 72 | 4 no one knows exactly what's expected. So just use First Aid for the exam,
which is totally enough, even a little too detailed.
In the real exam, you cannnot have time to write notes as detailed as in FA.
So be focused on physical exam only checking the system mentioned in chief
complaint, and only write positive findings in the notes. This way you have
more time for talking with patients and paying attention to the bedside
manners and to making the patient feel that you respect and truly care ab |
