the past 20+ hospital projects. Targets include all classes of public and
private hospitals with 200 to 1000 beds in scale across all stages - from
Greenfield to turnaround situation.
Now, seeing the huge market potential in hospital operations service line,
Meritco is committed to build the No. 1 hospital consulting team in China’s
market by assisting hospitals to achieve success through addressing their
unique challenges and offering strategic and operation solutions. By forming
alliance with hospital experts from leading hospitals in China, we aim to
provide insightful and implemental advice to both public and private

Job Description:
Position: Hospital Operations Service Business Analyst
Location: Beijing, Shanghai
Responsibilities:
Work on a strategy consulting project in hospital operations
service, develop specialized knowledge and be responsible for specific
components of the project
Work closely with team members to synthesize analyses into key
findings and develop actionable recommendations
Work closely with hospital clients to understand their issues,
create strategies for change and win buy-in for your recommendations
Requirements:
Bachelor or higher degree with major in biology/chemistry/
medicine/public health/medical science/biomedical science/hospital
management from top Chinese or overseas universities/medical schools.
Both fresh graduate or candidates with 1-2 years’ related
working experience are accepted
Proven analytical and problem solving skills
Superb communication skill in both Mandarin and English
Good computer skills in EXCEL, WORD, PPT, etc.
Detail oriented and with strong customer service sense
Good interpersonal skill and strong team spirits
Strong passion for diverse and fast-paced working environment
Open minded for critical thinking and alternative views
