b*********4 发帖数: 6	2 因为你可以随时dump了它， zhaofangdai.com 可以看到利率和downpay，credit score ，investment/primary residence的关系，房屋类型也有影响。首付增加多少可以降低房贷？要到40%才能低一点，不是很值。你可以用zhaofangdai.com 调节downpay， credit score等参数自己试试，很好用。
