if you are studying the condensed state physics of liquid crystals,
I don't think Physical Chemistry plays any important role there.
sorry, just recall you are doing something about folding,
better have some knowledge about Physical Chemistry.
my cousin is doing that, so I know in fact that field belongs to PhysChem.
read some textbooks. if you have any questions,
some people here like argon, cashine, and blaulandau may help.
although I got 97, 94, and 96 for all three PhysChem exami

will doing something related protein folding , binding, just from some paper,
