I strongly suggest you FORGET those equations immediately.
You don't want to waste your time mainly on those equations and find you lose
the major aim --- understand the basic conclusions.
I suppose you are a beginner in polymer science and cannot get a Chinese
textbook now.
(1) Get Strobl's "The Physics of Polymers" or
Rubinstein & Colby's "Polymer Physics".
(2) Have some basic understanding about polymer.
