after working for a few days. The home warranty company sent a contractor to
check, and the technician said the whole heating system needs to be
replaced. They will replace the system, but we need to pay $1300 out of
pocket. Is it normal to pay out of pocket? Is $1300 too much? Thanks! |

bought we we bought the house (about 1800 soft).

395之间。 还是包括水管系统的那种。

般是上门一次付$60左右，如果要换东西看policy。

—electronic modification 175
—transition 185
—return modification 185
—permit 250
—title 24 350
I do not understand most of the above. Anyone has similar experience? thanks.

我。 因为我家小agent和我已经有10多年的交情了。

有的warranty只管主件，附件要自己花钱。

发帖数: 977 | 10 Thanks to all. Talked to the home warranty company, they said they don't
cover the modifications that are made necessary. These modifications are
necessary to install the new unit, as they cannot use old parts on the new
unit.
They just order and cover a $600 furnace, but require me to pay $1375 out of
pocket. So these home warranties do like a scam. Can and how I argue with
them? any suggestion is appreciated.

车库弹簧。现在过期了还没续呢。只是他家slableaking维修金额上限是1000块，不知
是不是真的，policy上没写。 |
