Looking for 1B1B near City of Industry (within 15 minutes distance by car
among Walnut, Rowland Heights, and Hacienda Heights). I prefer to the
furnished room of the house, which is available for immediate occupancy. I
also hope to own one off-street parking site. The expected date to move in
is April 27, and I will rent it for 4 months (From April 27 to August 31）
