作为NP居民+房地产经纪人，我表示楼主的有些信息是不准确的。
比如：
“New Providence和Berkeley Heights这个两个地方吧，是好区，但是属于新生代
的好区，不是传统的富人区，学校排名都在上升阶段，现在应该属于二三十名的档次(
为啥NPH去年排入前三，这个其实大家都明白，NPH的确还没达到那个水平），但是随着
大量中国人的迁入，以后排名应该还有会稳排在十几名左右，甚至更好。”
---NP和BH历来就是传统的所谓好区，如果按citydata统计的平均household income来
说的话，应该是中上产阶层的地区，不过确实算不上“富人区”。之所以给人“新生代
”的印象是因为NPHS在最近几年NJMONTHLY上的排名分别是第5和第1，这样这个小town
才开始进入了咱们国人的目光。其实去查查这之前的名次，都在十几名徘徊.NJMonthly
的排名只是一个统计结果，至于它是用什么标准来衡量的，每次都有变动，这个在它的
统计说明中就可以查到。所以不管是Millburn高中得第一还是NPHS第一都是一个实际统

实际的情况，berkeley heights 所有小学亚裔比例均不超过 15%， 均不低于 5%
LOCATION 不同，房子价格自然相差大， 这对 berkeley heights 尤甚。刨去
flooding 和准 flooding， 离高压线太近的，大路边或过偏的，后院地势很不平的
，berkeley heights 的房源实际甚少。另外, berkeley heights 是一个从西到东的
狭长地带，没有一个房子是离小，中，高学校都近的，但所有学校都有校车。另外房税
是越靠东越高一点。

I do not like richnond heights. hamilton is very nice, but expensive,
close to beachwood mall. The whole beachwood area have a lot of older
people though.
You can go to any supermarket and get the free rental magzine. Mayfield
heights has a lot of renting places. You could also try willoughby~ |

用过的，才买的），两个卫生间新装修的。全实木地板，房子新粉刷过。非常干净。
交通方便，步行到67路公交车站2分钟，乘67到红线地铁终点站（alewife）15m-20m。步
行15m可到Arlington Heights的Walgreen、Traderjoe's,附近两个公园皆可步行前往。
希望租给爱干净，生活习惯良好，信用记录良好，无宠物，不吸烟的家庭。
月租2300，押金为一个月房租，租期从6月10号以后开始，2-3月均可。 |
