in a nice quiet gated community with swimming pool in the center of Rowland
Heights. Very convenient location.
Close to 60 fwy. Walking distance to supermarkets, and tons of asian
restaurants.
I'm a single Asian male professional. Rent is $500 and half utility for a
single person . Off street parking included in the rent. Free WiFi. laundry
inside community. Room is furnished with a full size bed, a table, and a
