租了他们的一个房间,和房东住一起
及其不讲信用
当初说好的。可以随时搬走,提前30天就可以。因为我这边家人过来后再这样住明显不
合适
可现在翻脸不认账,说从来没有这样说过。
要知道我当初有很多比他那里更好更便宜的选择,如果这样,我是绝对不会选他那。
还有,说的能用他的厨房冰箱,可是冰箱基本都被他们自己塞得满满的,没可能放下我
的东西。
厨房也不让我放我的厨具,我就一个炒菜锅,两个碗盘而已,。他说放不下,让我放自
己房间的衣橱。你说,这样还怎么做菜'?
其实平时也都中午晚上再公司吃。周末偶尔做一下饭。到现在为止住了几个月,一次饭
都没有做过。
真是没想到有这样恶心的中国人房东

The creation of a lease is not nearly as formal in nature as an ownership
situation and its related contracts. A lease of one year or less can be
either written or verbal, but remember that, under the Statute of Frauds, a
lease for more than one year MUST be in writing. (However, it's considered
good business sense to put all real estate agreements or contracts in
writing.)
A lease can be terminated in a number of ways, but most frequently, a lease
or rental agreement is terminated by expiration of the lease's term OR by
mutual consent. Generally, a rental agreement is terminated, by either the
landlord or the tenant, with a 30-day written notice (unless the parties
have agreed to a longer notice period); this is known as a Tenancy at Will.
A 60-day notice is required by the landlord IF the tenant has lived in the
property for more than one year.
