Here is our story:
We first found Renee on Redfin.com. Every time we became interested in a
house, Renee provided us with the price range of that particular house’s
surrounding area. These price ranges included the price and average for the
selling price, pending price, and sold price of each house. Renee gave us
the suggestion prices for the houses we liked. From all of these statistical
data, we found the suggestion price reasonable. What she did tell us is
that she is a very professional agent. We trust her.
Starting from the beginning of this year, the house market became crazier
and crazier. We were aware that some agents were encouraging their customers
to add 20 to 30 % to the asking price when they put out an offer. Renee
didn’t do it that way. Truthfully, if our offer is much higher than the
actual asking price it would be easier for us to obtain the house and Renee
would finish the deal that much quickly. However, the higher price not only
means we would need to pay more but also that it would push the marker even
more until it finally crashes. We think that her way of wisely advising us
on how to put out our own offer prices makes Renee a responsible and
valuable agent. We are so lucky to have met Renee! She helped us buy our
house at a reasonable price.
In addition, she replied to our questions and requests immediately. She was
never once late for any of our appointments. During the six months we worked
with her, we have seen ten to twenty houses, sent countless offers, and
have been both refused and accepted in our offers. Renee has educated us
using her knowledge on real estate and we have learned tremendously from her.
During our house inspection, Renee was there for us constantly. She
discussed the house designs and asked the right questions for us. At the
time we had very little experience on house designing and remodeling. The
information she obtained is a truly valuable asset. |
