apartment homes.
The listed prices are between $1605-1655 (refer to Toscana listings).
I have lived here for 14 months and enjoy the stay very much.
The service requests are always responded within 24 hours.
The NBA standard size basketball court and three beautiful tennis courts are
good for family fun.
Convenient located close to UCI and 405 freeway (refer to Toscana website
for more information).
The apartment is in very clean condition.
I have to sublease this apartment since my son is going to join me soon and
he will attend a school in another school district.
The lease runs until 8/24/2013, i.e. there are about 10 month for this low
rent.
I plan to move out on November 2. I would like to give additional $500 bonus
if you can take the lease on November 3.
