presidential candidates to release his tax returns but revealed Tuesday he
pays an effective tax rate of about 15%, prompting the White House to say he

basically he founded a investment firm, and all his income are filed as
investment gain, not regular salary. and according to what I hear this
morning, capital gain is taxed at 15%
