,4/1日之后两房会将政府多收的钱,转加到消费者身上,从而导致可能的利率上升。

。我觉得美国经济仍旧很差,加上股市疲软,利率不可能大幅上升。我准备贷款买房,

time to purchase house, especially for first-time buyer and investors. The
debate for first-time home buyer is how much they want to pu and for
investors is where to buy.
Buyers would certainly have more time to wait and see before taking a shot.
It is very unlikely to see the acceleration of economy recovery before
current president steps down. But do not wait too long for being greedy. A
lot of factors except price will determine if you want to purchase any house
in the market. When prices catch up, people tend to make unreasonable
decisions by playing their guts. In go-go time back to 2002 to 2007, a lot
of people claims real estate is the best stock to invest. And then they were
caught up by the meltdown of sub-prime market.
A lot of factors are influencing interest rates. Yes, G-fee will be
recovered by lenders through factoring it into mortgage rates charged to
consumers. Other factors, such as economy recovery, European debt crisis,
Feds' intervention all have played big role in the past. Things like that
would be more likely a lightning rod for the general market trend.
This is my personal opinion and I am a Realtor and loan agent.

实行的20%的downpayment有0.25个point的附加费用一样.
