I am planning to apply green card for my parents who are currently in US
with
B2. I am not sure whether it's a good idea or not. Can they stay legally
while we submit the application for status change? How long will it take to
ge the GC? How much will it cost to go through the whole process? Anyone who
had the experience or has suggestion will be highly appreciated.
