court appealing date was originally scheduled on Oct.1. I have extended it
to the end of November through online, because Oct. 1 is Chinese national
day and I do not want appear myself in the corrupted LA traffic court (not
my word, the comments from google searching).
My question is: do I need to pay the bail amount of $219 before Oct.1? Or

unless they work for the court. Call them just to be safe, so they don't nab
you with another fine or a warrant if things go south. | w********e

The LA superior court online service is not functioning today. If the online
service is functioning for anyone else, please let me know.
I went through the lengthy telephone automated service, it indicted that if
I pay the bail amount, my tickets will be closed and DMV will be informed.
Does that mean I admit guilty if I pay today? It has been more than two
months and I have not got any mail regarding this ticket.
I actually want to fight in the court. Because the police said he had
everything recorded by the camera, thus I want to summon the video tape.
Besides, he did make some mistake in my ticket. The traffic speed limit is
30 mile per hour, but he put 25 mile per hour in the ticket. He was tail
gating me at 30 mile per hour for two blocks until flashing the light. If I
win, I still keep my traffic-ticket virginity, this is very import for a
person with seriously conserved mind.

发帖数: 414 | 7 the point is you have to respond to the court and judge regarding the ticket
to show your intension and further action to go through this case even you
extend it no matter you win or lose the case.
If you plea guilty, pay it online if required then go to tracffic school. If
there is no such a choice online, then make a court day and appear then,
plea guilty and just ask judge for traffic school there.
If you plea not guilty, then extend it to the most, pay bail online at last
extension, then go fight on court day. If you lose the case, ask the judge
for traffic on court again.
Tips: be nice on court, show evidences you colleted. If possible, go back to
the spot where you are cited ticket, take pics. Pics, maps etc always speak
louder than words. good luck

employer. So I am contacting an attorney today to check whether I can summon
the video tape the police claimed. The attorney asked to fax her my ticket
first. |
