买新房,怎么跟怎么跟builder 砍价? 有经验的同学说说?

Woodbury (Santa Cruz) is much lower at ~ $2900

Carmel - One,
Sonoma - currently last phase.
Carmel - Two starting soon at the side side of WB.
Montecito - One, sold out.
Montecito - Two, currently at phase 3, all sold out.

Other sites such as Primrose (Portola Spring) and Santa Curtz (WB-east) is
selling slower.
Anyway, I will try to bargain a little with the builder.
