My suggestion is to stay away from chinese attorney. American attorneys are
more expensive, however, they are more responsible. At least based on my
experience.
H1b case is not as simple as before. A lot of people get rejected lately. So,

I have talked with some lawyers, by first impression,some of them are just
like a business man,tricky and agile-looking, but some are serious and
responsible.sometimes, they don't take your case unless they think it's a good
case.
Anyway, lawyer is a respectable career,I think most of them don't want to do
any cheating.
