acceptance. If Buyer gives timely notice under
this section, then this Agreement shall terminate and the Earnest Money
shall be refunded to Buyer.

豫期(house inspection contingency),在这期间不需要任何理由可以反悔并退回定金
(一般是不超过3%的房价)。第二个是17天的估价犹豫期(appraisal contingency),估
价报告出来以后如果估价值低于合同购房价,买方可以去议价,如果买卖双方不能达成
一致那也可以反悔退回定金。第三个是贷款犹豫期(loan contingency),在21天内收到
银行贷款拒绝信,买家可以被退回定金。当买卖双方签署购房意向书后,需要三天内交
定价,进入买卖程序,并由公证行进行监督。同时这三个犹豫期则开始进行倒计时中。
