Seller's escrow closing and title provider and title insurance company used
by Seller's provider. If Purchaser selects this option ,Seller shall pay for
the owner's and lender's title insurance policies. Purchaser and Seller
agree that Seller's payment of the title insurance products is limited to
the amount that Seller would pay its provider under its agreement with the
provider for a basic residential owner s and lender s title insurance policy
or their equivalent.
我不太明白这段话的意思，请教是不是银行提供 Title search Fee and Title
insurance Fee，但是有限制条件。
今天自己和经纪人去仔细看了房，是个高层电梯公寓，03年建的。总体还算满意，但是
也发现了一些问题，比如电炉的玻璃台面破了，有裂缝，墙壁有少许裂缝，水管有锈迹
等。购买银行屋，银行是不会负责修理破损的，都要自己承担费用。经纪人说，做不做
房检是我们的自由，后来又遇到个认识的人，她说，无论买什么房子，房检一定要做的
。请问，购买银行屋，有做房检的必要吗。 |
