with ECM motor 70kbtuh in existing garage upflow set up
- Install Carrier Cor wifi thermostat
AC add with Carrier Comfort series 14 SEER 24AAA536 3 ton
· new coil
· AC install in house right side yard (does not meet 5’ set back/
no permit/see options for slim line model to be installed in garage sideyard)
· Install lineset and electrical
· Install condensate line (see options for drywell to meet San Jose
condensate requirement)
Includes all materials, labor, sales tax.
$7,943 (Permit fee/HERS test excluded)
Options
· Price add to upgrade furnace to 59TP6 96% 2 stage furnace with
ECM motor $893
· Price add to install Carrier Performance Series slim line 3 ton
model 24AHA4 14 SEER at garage side yard $1,221 (meets building code)
· Price add to expand existing return to improve air flow $480 (
existing return @12x20 undersized)
· Price add to add second return to meet permit HERS test for 3 ton
AC $645
· Price add to seal existing ductwork to meet permit HERS test $135
/man-hour (estimate 6 to 10 hours)

另外有一个关于安装空调permit的问题，因为位置原因如果选择不申请permit会有什么

furnace是96年的，他一开始不建议我们换furnace，价格是3000.
For $4000,
I will replace old furnace with new Bryant 70K btu 80% furnace,
I will also replace current coil with new ADP 3 ton R410 coil,
I will add 3 ton York 14 Seer R410 AC.
The warranty is one year labor and ten year parts.
麻烦各位大神看看靠谱不。

要是可能把你的空调师傅介绍给楼上（你们自己PM），去姑姑，看多少钱。楼上因为要
换管道，估计这个师傅的话7000-7500 可拿到。
还有就是（你们两位）， 如果师傅可以给Bryant 的空调， 那是最好， 哪怕多加100
刀也行的，如果实在不行， YORK 空调也行的，

发帖数: 9429 | 7 我见到出来的报价都是一年labor， 好久没见到有2年的了。当然有两年是最好了，不
过貌似好多公司不干的。要么就买厂家的10年labor， 这个得400刀了

你的生意，是个非常不成熟， 不负责任的表现，因为你能保证这家公司运行10年么。
