。找了contractor来看，给了几个option：

家里面积2400 sqft，在WI东南，将来可能会finish basement，大概增加面积800sqft
，想问问这个价格合理么？BTU足够么？空调3ton应该足够吧？还有seer的话他说要升
到16的话需要加$350.值得升级么？
还有这三个牌子有用过的么？我有问他Trane啊york啊goodman这些，他说用的heat
exchanger都不是stainless steel的，所以durability不及所列的三个。

发帖数: 352 | 4 这个面积，heater btu太小了吧？WI难道不需要50btu/sf ? 俺们中部农村还要按照
40btu/sf来算的。
seer的话他说要升到16， 应该有电力公司的rebate，算下来应该更便宜。 | i***e

阿玛纳是好男人的当家，不过自从被好男人吃了后也就这么回事了。（个人感觉)
AIREASE 和ARMSTRONG AIR是一样的，型号都一样。做工还行（个人感觉）
除非空调经常开， 否则没必要升
stainless steel and aluminized steel 其实我觉得你不要太纠结，用到stainless
steel的话， 为了提升导热速度和减低成本，heat exchanger 壁就做的薄了。
现在厂家都给20年（80%）， 或者life time (95%)保证了。 | l********u
发帖数: 616 | 6 update一下呗，最后定了Amana的96% 100，000BTU，16 seer A/C，wifi thermostat,
reinstall aircleaner 10年labor和parts的warranty，1年maintenance，lifetime
heat exchanger 总共7000. 再加上其他一些energy efficiency的rebate大概6600这样
