他们把该补的补了，该修的修好呢。builder说按照schedule，明天该上insulation，
但是我担心report上的问题都还没解决。应该怎么跟builder谈判，督促他们。 |

Did it pass inspection? If not, then they are required to fix everything
wrong and ask for re inspection before proceeding to next stage.
If it did pass inspection, but has some issues that you don't like to live
with, then you will have to request builder to fix them, even if it means
delays. And you will have to personally check the work against what the
report says to make sure they did it.

最重要的是把管道，布线什么的都照下来存档。 |
