标 题: 房子disclosure中发现的问题

各位达人好，昨天看了一份disclosure,比较担心的问题是
1.there are known leaks in the roof
2. obvisious signs of leaks under the master bath
3. one of the solar panels has 4 leaks and there's no warranty info.
请问这样的房子能买吗？我们的budget很难在该区买到新造的房子，所以是50年的老房
，里面的状况觉得还可以。请问上述几样大概要多少钱修。换个屋顶要多少钱？ | b**********y
