Cons:
relocation company is tougher to deal with.
Their attorney is tougher and doesn't make much compromises. They don't care
if you walk away during attorney review.
They have very restrict closing date, if you can not close it on time they
will collect penalty.
There will be a LOT more paperwork to sign.
Pros:
They are more reasonable in doing repairs if you found something during your
inspection.
Less drama, they wont rent it back, change their mind and doesn't sell it
any more, or delay the closing date. |

RELO 就是现任房主的代理人
好处：
正规流程，估价，房检，修缮都有记录报告，且都会disclose给你
缺点：
除了disclosed的东西，其他一问三不知， 因为他们没住过这代理的房子 |
