These conclusions are based upon my experience with similar
structures and knowledge of the general soil conditions of
the area. Recommendations of repair are based upon industry
standards and methods for remediation of distressed
residential foundations. This structure has not experienced
differential movement and related structural distress beyond
normal seasonal tolerances. ASCE and HUD recognize this standard as
