But normally, I provide est statement for my client because it's easier to
understand. |

close date就是你签文件的日期
disbursement date就是下家给钱的日期，下家的利息从当天计算
remittance date就是上家收到钱的日期，上家的利息计算到当天为止
一般能在HUD上有差别的也就这些利息了。

发帖数: 236 | 10 通常HUD至少要在签字日的前一个business day或者当天拿到，loan officer/agent最
好能帮您把HUD过一遍，确保数字正确且您对HUD没有疑问。
Refinance的HUD和purchase差不多，就是没有卖方那一栏，项目也要简单不少。
