巴尔的摩不是黑人城市么，还是CONDO没有任何投机价值
真要买，找NO COST的LOAN,不会是用了ZILLOW上骗人的
LOAN吧 |

6000 is fair. Is the house in Baltimore City or County? You'd better NOT
live in the city, go to one of the counties. Your budget is too low for
Howard, but possible in Baltimore county or AA. Good luck!
Or get a different agent! |

about 1-2% of the sale price. Please see here (found by google):

reference.
So you are a first-time buyer?
To be honest, the person whom you should ask about the closing cost is your
loan officer, he/she will provide you with a very detailed GFE which is
usually very close to the final HUD form.
Maybe there is some kind of mis-communication between you and him/her,
because he/she should know this very first-time buyer thing.

have this kind of tax?
Actually like everywhere else, depending on where it is, 房地产交易 in/
around 巴尔的摩 may be good, or may be bad. Unfortunately, good school
districts, especially the two top high schools in Howard county, you will
NOT be able to grab a house unless you are lightening fast with enough money
in your bank account.

是First Time Home Buyer， 不包括Escrow account 应该是5000左右，不是First
Time Home Buyer的话再多600多的State Transfer Tax。 Escrow reserves 不是
closing costs，根据什么时候过户escrow reserve的数不一样， 一般3月份过户是
reserve最多的时候， 但也就是2500左右。 |

再便宜些吗？他说这个价还算合理，我的CLOSING COST 要1万块，SELLER可以出，所以
最终我是花24万买的这房。 |

Recordation Tax： 0.25% in this case $625
State Transfer Tax: 0.25% in this case $625 (Waived for first time home
buyer)
County Transfer Tax: 0.684% in this case $1,710。
County Transfer Tax rate是不一样的， 譬如Howard County就是您说的情况， 也是1
%，买卖方平分。
