万一出了纠纷，我再临时请人做land survey 不可以么？
在这里看到有人推荐ENTITLE DIRECT 做title insurance,的确比其他的要便宜近800刀
啊，所以有点想用它，只是它的报价单上写着：

Your Title Insurance Premium from ENTITLE DIRECT: $1,433
Guaranteed Settlement/Escrow Fee: $350

这里的Guaranteed Settlement/Escrow Fee $350是干嘛意思？
$450.00又到底是神马意思啊？是说万一出了问题，我自己最多出$450.00么？ |
