好像有AGENT会这样。 我以前看房子，LIST AGENT就给我其他人做的INSPECTION
REPORT。前个买家也是做了INSPECTION以后退出。

At least the one I got doesn't show my name/phone number. it of course has t
he addresss.
It was an attachment in an email, and the email does have my name (no phone
number), but the atttached pdf doesn't have my information.

it does not sound like a big deal. if you decided not to buy, it won't be
conflict-of-interest to you. True that your agent should have consulted you,
but if it has already happened, I won't be upset, especially considering it
a favor to others.

true, it WAS your hard-earned money, but now it is in the inspector's pocket.
I will be more concerned if I am the inspector, because I can potentially
lose a business. but for the purchaser, it won't make a difference IMHO.
