agents can give you (total rebate -$1000)

有两个form 代理必须去, 不然，可能存在法律上的隐患。
1) AVID (Agent Visual Inspection Disclosure)。一般在 house inspection.
2) VP (Verification of Property). 一般在 final walk through.
