发帖数: 2400 | 3 Conditional approved。 一般lender还列有条件，要所有条件都clear了才算好了。 |

发帖数: 2879 | 5 嗯，应该是没什么问题了。lender已经犯过错误导致没能按时close，现在态度好多了。
