的结果，我们就换。 | s********y

asking recommendations from his family/friends. So you can try that.
Alternatively, you can try local newspaper: there should be tons of ads on
real estate agent.
regarding contract, technically speaking, there should be a contract signed
before any real estate agent can provide any real estate service to you. The
contract basically says how much commission you would pay for his service.
And you can specify the contract start and end date as you like.
