发帖数: 245 | 5 Yes it is. I just talked to lender, she suggest me me to do the inspection
before lock-in. The lender requires lock-in deposit with appraisal fee upon
lock-in.
But the contract is not out of review yet...
Hence I'll have to wait the for the review and inspection....which will take
another week ..
